Associate Video Producer

You will play a crucial role as an Associate Video Producer, where your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire video content creation process at each NIAT campus. You will be in charge of managing the end-to-end campus content workflow, starting from ideation and coordinating shoots with the cinematographer to handling footage, basic editing, content delivery, and aligning content with central teams. Your role combines aspects of a producer, a creative leader, and a dedicated storyteller, ensuring that compelling narratives are produced daily on campus. Your main tasks will include planning, coordinating, and providing support for all video shoots on campus while adhering to the central brand and production guidelines. You will collaborate with students, faculty, and the cinematographer to prepare for shoots and oversee on-ground content direction. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing content folders, syncing footage, handling asset transfers, performing basic video editing, and creating social media-ready clips. Monitoring and assisting content campaigns like student vlogs, tech demonstrations, and other initiatives will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you may need to anchor videos as necessary and contribute to student-led content projects to enhance campus engagement. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in media production, video production, or related fields. Previous experience in content creation and on-camera work would be advantageous. Proficiency in organizing shoots, working with video content, basic video editing using tools like Premiere Pro or CapCut, and familiarity with camera operations are essential skills required for this position. Your ability to work comfortably on camera, lead small crews, exhibit strong organizational and communication skills, and demonstrate a proactive and collaborative approach to content creation are key attributes that will contribute to the success of on-campus content operations each week in collaboration with the brand team.,
