Associate Video Producer

As an Associate Video Producer at NIAT campus, your role will involve leading and executing end-to-end video content creation. You will be responsible for managing the campus content workflow, including ideation, coordinating shoots, basic editing, content delivery, and syncing content with central teams. Your creativity and commitment will play a crucial role in daily storytelling activities on campus. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning, coordinating, and supporting all video shoots on campus in alignment with the central brand and production teams. - Liaising with students, faculty, and cinematographers to prepare for shoots and direct on-ground content. - Managing content folders, syncing footage, and handling asset handovers. - Performing basic video editing and clipping for social-ready content. - Monitoring and supporting content campaigns such as student vlogs, tech demos, and more. - Anchoring videos when required and contributing to student-driven content initiatives. - Ensuring smooth operations of on-campus content creation every week in collaboration with the brand team. Requirements for this role include: - 3 years of experience in media production, video production, or related fields. - Experience in content creation and on-camera work is a plus. - Hands-on experience in organizing shoots and working with video content. - Basic video editing skills (using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools) and familiarity with camera operations. - Comfortable working on-camera and leading small crews. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for content creation.,
