Associate Vice President Structured Product & Solutions

Responsibilities: - Understanding the deal contours and structuring based on investor and client requirements - Preparation of Term sheets, Cash Flows, and coordination with legal teams for definitive Documentation - Familiarity with laws and regulations pertaining to Yubi product offerings to facilitate negotiations on complex legal documents - Coordinating with multiple counterparties such as Issuer, Investors, Trustee, Law Firm, Rating Agency, Stock exchange, Depository, RTA, Auditor to streamline the execution process - Addressing queries related to cash flows or Bond/PTC details from investors and/or Issuers - Providing necessary Bond/PTC related inputs and cash flows to Sales/Ops team when required - Demonstrating strong relationship management skills to interact with and manage issuers effectively Requirements: - CA or MBA with 8-10+ years of experience in financial services - Profound understanding of debt capital markets, particularly structured products - Experience in structured finance desk of CRAs, DCM desks, or bank RMs involved in product notes - Proficiency in mathematics, excel modeling, and high-level analytical skills - Excellent communication and presentation abilities - Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure Benefits: - Benefits package to be discussed Please note that the above job description outlines the responsibilities, requirements, and benefits associated with the position at Yubi Securities.,
