The candidate should have approximately 15 years of experience in Management Consulting and Corporate Strategy, including exposure to M&A-related due diligences. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Strategy, the AVP will lead the Corporate Strategy team, partnering with business teams to plan and implement strategic initiatives for the company's growth. Responsibilities include developing growth strategies across business units, advising leadership on areas for growth, driving mergers and acquisitions, and collaborating with business leaders to generate results that help the company and clients thrive. The ideal candidate should possess a graduate and post-graduate degree with an MBA, strong business acumen, analytical mindset, collaborative nature, ability to work with diverse teams, strategic thinking, and passion for the healthcare and life science industry. This role requires a willingness to work in a global working model and the ability to engage with senior leadership and key internal stakeholders.
