Description
As an AVP Business & Strategic Finance at BHIVE Workspace, you will play a key role in integrating strategic planning with robust financial management to drive the growth and performance of the BHIVE Group. Your responsibilities will include leading financial planning & analysis, driving new business and investment analysis, and supporting fund raising & due diligence. Your collaboration with senior management and cross-functional teams will be essential in aligning financial and strategic goals for sustainable growth and achieving objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, MIS, working capital analysis, and periodic financial reporting - Enhance financial processes and systems for data accuracy, insightful analysis, and timely reporting - Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure robust budgeting, variance analysis, and reporting discipline - Track and report key business, financial, and operational metrics impacting profitability and strategic priorities - Prepare financial models to evaluate new business opportunities, investment proposals, and strategic initiatives - Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and provide actionable recommendations for business expansion - Support fundraising efforts by preparing financial models, investor decks, and due diligence material - Manage due diligence processes in coordination with external and internal stakeholders Qualifications & Experience: - CA or MBA (Finance) or CFA from a reputed institute with 8-12 years of experience in corporate/business finance roles - Demonstrated track record in FP&A, business analysis, fundraising, or strategic finance - Strong analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills - Advanced financial modeling and Excel proficiency - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience in real estate and infrastructure preferred Critical Skills and Traits: - Motivated to be part of an IPO journey - Ownership and growth mindset - Strategic mindset with a business orientation - Ability to synthesize large sets of data into clear, actionable insights - Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities About BHIVE Group: BHIVE Group is at the forefront of revolutionizing managed offices & enterprise coworking spaces in Bengaluru.
