Job Description

You will be responsible for assisting in financial analysis of client related and field related activities in the Real Estate advisory sector. Your role will involve carrying out research, feasibility studies, demand-supply analysis, highest & best use reports, and financial modeling & concepts. Additionally, you will be expected to be a self-driven individual with responsibilities in project execution/delivery and client query handling. You will also play a key role in maintaining a database of projects, developers, investors, and conducting site inspections. - Conducting research, feasibility studies, demand-supply analysis, and financial modeling in the Real Estate advisory sector - Handling project execution/delivery and client queries efficiently - Maintaining a database of projects, developers, investors, etc. - Conducting site inspections as required - Proficiency in presentation and documentation work - Strong execution skills with the ability to write reports such as feasibility reports and market research reports - Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in the field with a Postgraduate qualification Cushman & Wakefield is one of the leading global real estate services firms that is dedicated to transforming the way people work, shop, and live.
