Hiring: US Staffing Freshers – Associate US Recruiter (Onsite, Noida)

About the Role

We are looking for passionate and energetic freshers to join our team as Associate US Recruiters. This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in US Staffing with comprehensive training and hands-on experience.

Compensation

• CTC:

  3 LPA

• In-hand Salary:

  ₹24,400 per month

• Work Mode:

  Onsite (Noida Office)

• Working Days:

  Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for various US-based positions.
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements.
• Ensure a smooth and professional recruitment process for candidates.

Qualifications

• Any graduate (freshers are welcome).

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience or internship in recruitment is a plus.

Pay Range & Compensation

• 3 LPA

• ₹24,400 monthly in-hand salary
