Associate- US Accounting (Sage Intacct / Yardi)

Responsibilities:

Client & Team Interaction

US

• Bank reconciliations
• Credit card reconciliations
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable processing
• Perform monthly and quarter-end close processes.
• Prepare quarterly financial statements within.
• Prepare documentation and schedules for audit readiness.
• Reconcile accounts, review transactions, and ensure data accuracy.

• Process & Technology

  Leverage Sage Intacct and Yardi for client accounting and reporting. Adapt quickly to evolving processes and systems. Contribute to improving efficiency and organization within the

Software & Tools:

• Proficient in Sage Intacct, Yardi.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and other billing software is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in US Accounting and creating financial statements, AR, billing, and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Our Hiring Process

If the profile of a candidate gets shortlisted, the hiring team will get in touch within 72 hours. The initial shortlisting will be followed by 2 rounds of interviews (Technical round & Interaction with Senior Management). Post Final Selection, there will be an interaction with the HR representative. This process may take 10-15 working days.
