You will join the Ultra High Net Worth Multi-Generational Families team at RSM, focusing on post liquidity families and corporate executives with complex estate and income tax planning needs. Your role as a Tax Associate will involve: - Working on individual tax planning and compliance - Handling entity tax planning and compliance - Managing trust, estate, and gift tax planning and compliance Basic Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in accounting or business-related field - 1-2 years of experience in High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) - Required coursework to sit for CPA exam, licensed JD, or enrolled agent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to work effectively in a team - Excellent client relation and interpersonal skills to collaborate closely with clients - Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively Preferred Qualifications: - CPA, JD, or Enrolled Agent designation - LL.M. in Taxation and/or Master's in Taxation RSM offers a competitive benefits and compensation package, providing flexibility in your schedule to balance work and personal life.
