Associate - Ultra High Net Worth

Role Overview: You will be joining the Ultra High Net Worth Multi-Generational Families team at RSM, where the focus is on providing complex estate and income tax planning and compliance services to post liquidity families and corporate executives. Taking a holistic approach, you will analyze various aspects such as income tax, estate, gift, generation-skipping, philanthropic, retirement, and trust to meet the planning and compliance needs of clients. Working collaboratively with clients, attorneys, advisors, and subject matter experts, you will help achieve the clients" goals. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in individual tax planning and compliance - Contribute to entity tax planning and compliance - Assist in trust/estate/gift tax planning and compliance Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in accounting or a business-related field - 1-2 years of experience in High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) - Completion of required coursework to sit for the CPA exam, licensed JD, or enrolled agent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively within a team - Excellent client relation and interpersonal skills to interact closely with clients and gather necessary information for client service engagements - Outstanding organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and take ownership of assigned tasks Additional Details: At RSM, you will be offered a competitive benefits and compensation package.
