Associate Technical Architect

As an associate technical architect at our company, your role will involve leading the application development team by consulting with senior managers on application requirements, supervising application development stages, and ensuring that desired functionalities are incorporated into application development plans. Your extensive knowledge and experience in application development will be crucial in evaluating business needs and optimizing business operations through efficient application architecture. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with onsite team to determine business-specific application needs. - Mentor junior application developers and provide technical support to end-users. - Design and develop the overall application architecture to meet current and future needs. - Spearhead proof of concepts and spikes to validate critical objectives of the application. - Influence the design and development of new software products or major enhancements. - Perform application integration, maintenance, upgrades, and migration. - Document application development processes, procedures, and standards. - Integrate trends in application architecture in development projects. **Qualifications Required:** - 12+ years of experience in designing and developing high-end software products. - Expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Eureka, Spring Cloud Gateway, and Spring Security. - 5+ years of experience in service design for cloud environments using technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, OpenShift, etc. - Strong understanding of multi-threaded applications, including Concurrency, Parallelism, Memory Management, and Performance Tuning. - Solid experience with RDBMS (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases. - Proven expertise in real-time analytics over data pipelines using Kafka and Kafka Connectors. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, and Artifactory/Nexus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration within the team. The company also values the following secondary requirements: - Experience working with large datasets and pipelines using tools and libraries of the Hadoop ecosystem such as Spark, HDFS, YARN, Hive, and Oozie. - Previous healthcare experience and understanding of HIPAA and HITRUST security requirements.,
