Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Tech Specialist to contribute to our projects on various technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology and domain, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Roles and Responsibility

Contribute to projects on given technologies or domains, staying updated with developments in those areas.
Support the evaluation of technology impact on existing systems and processes.
Design systems and assess their effectiveness.
Work on the impact of changes and modifications to systems.
Optimize, validate, and approve technology application to customer products.
Guide technical teams through project implementation phases.
Maintain successful knowledge management, including re-use, accuracy, and efficiency.
Promote team work, motivate, mentor, and develop subordinates.
Provide application production support as per process/RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) Matrix.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of relevant customer technical requirements, processes, procedures, limitations, and constraints.
Ability to identify and harness technical resources and capabilities required to deliver production and quality metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Experience in designing systems and assessing their effectiveness.
Familiarity with technology resources and capabilities.
Understanding of optimization, validation, and approval processes.
Knowledge of RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) Matrix.
