Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Contribute to a project on a given technology or domain.
Stay updated with developments in that technology or domain.
Design systems and assess the effectiveness of technology resources.
Work on the impact of changes and modifications to systems.
Ensure optimization, validation, and approval of technology application to customer products.
Guide technical teams through project implementation phases.
Perform activities related to maintaining successful knowledge management, including re-use, accuracy, and efficiency.
Promote team work, motivate, mentor, and develop subordinates.
Provide application production support as per process/RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) Matrix.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
Strong understanding of customer technical requirements, processes, procedures, limitations, and constraints.
Ability to work with project teams to identify and harness technical resources and capabilities.
Experience in promoting team work, motivating, mentoring, and developing subordinates.
Strong knowledge management skills, including re-use, accuracy, and efficiency.
Familiarity with RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) Matrix.
