Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or being a Chartered Accountant with proficiency in oral and written English. Demonstrating knowledge in financial and managerial accounting, effective problem-solving, interaction with leadership, self-motivation, responsibility for personal development, and effective multitasking are key differentiators for success at this level. While a credential is not required for hiring, progression to Manager level will necessitate obtaining one.,
