Associate Teacher - Maths and Science

Role Overview: You will be working as a teacher at iTeach Schools, where the main focus is to provide an excellent education to students from low-income communities. iTeach Schools aims to create a level playing field for all children by running free and high-impact schools and offering a college-to-career program. As a teacher at iTeach Schools, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that students receive quality education and support to excel in their academic journey. Key Responsibilities: - Teach one or two subjects of your expertise to your class - Conduct regular tests and assessments to monitor learning and provide feedback to students - Build a positive and strong school culture with a focus on learning and joy - Collaborate with parents of the students through regular meetings to ensure their active involvement - Mentor nearly 15-20 students throughout the year, focusing on developing strong study habits, high attendance, and the drive to excel - Collaborate with Senior Teachers to implement school projects such as Hobby Clubs, Career Awareness, Annual Day, Sports Day, etc - Use school projects to strengthen your leadership skills and mentor new teachers Qualification Required: - Required: Bachelor's Degree with strong academic and holistic performance - Preferred: B.Ed Degree - Preferred: Teaching experience in a secondary grade for 1-2 years Additional Details: iTeach was founded in 2015 to challenge the low quality of school education available to students from low-income communities in India. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive compensation and benefits will be provided based on the candidate's education and work experience. The salary range for this position is from 33k to 38k per month (CTC), along with industry benefits such as PF, gratuity, medical insurance (up to 3 lakh PA), paid leaves, annual increments, and promotion opportunities.,
