Associate Supply Chain Operations Coordinator

As a Materials and Equipment Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth receiving and distribution of materials and equipment for both internal and external customers. Your responsibilities will include researching and resolving supply chain inventory issues, utilizing applications to track inventory levels, and providing pickup, delivery, and loading/unloading services while operating fleet vehicles safely. You will work closely with customers and end users to maintain appropriate inventory levels at all times. In this role, you will gain a deep understanding of Supply Chain Operations concepts, practices, and methodologies. With guidance, you will learn to handle parts with or without material handling equipment, deliver materials to their final destinations, and expedite parts to address shortage problems. It is essential to adhere to safety and delicate handling procedures while performing these tasks and comply with Supply Chain Operations practices and policies. To succeed in this position, you should have a minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Operations or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Additionally, you must possess good business English skills, both written and spoken.
