- Vendor Receipt and appointment Scheduling with Vendors and inward capacity planning
- Receiving & managing flow of material from stores & other DCs.
- Coordination's with Buying Team for Vendor Related issues
- Resolving discrepancies of Store Returns
- Ensuring material put away to the right location.
- Maintain and nurture customer and vendor relationships
- Coordinating with Stores and Store managers for SLM pick up
- Space planning for inter dc movement
- Managing to minimise the errors & improve the Inbound accuracy.
- Monthly Review with all service providers with respect to SLA's, KPI's, SOP's & DEPS.
- Review warehouse logistics and improve where possible
- Sharing Inbound related MIS reports.
- Ensuring to share required documents with commercial team for vendor payment
- Working knowledge of MS Office Utilities Excel, Power point, Word, Data analysis.
- SAP Knowledge is preferable
- Aptitude for counting and inventory management
