Associate - Stores

You will be responsible for the following activities: - Cross Verifying PR Planning as per lead-time, Consumption & Indent - Sending Purchase PR to the purchase department for releasing orders and following up - Formulating Inventory Levels such as Safety Stock, Re-Order Level, Re-Order Quantity, Minimum Stock & Maximum Stock for all SKUs - Extracting ROL Report (Arcus Reports) - Reviewing Open PRs on a monthly basis, especially for Non-SKUs, and sending reminders to the Purchase Department - Assisting in making Controls Checklist - Transferring Specific and Monopoly used items for Chemo/Day Care/Lab/OT through HIS for making GRN - Handling GRN for Consignment/Consumables/Service/Capex - Issuing Indents for Medical Consumables, contacting Nursing station for smooth functioning of stores - Managing Non-moving and Expiry items with daily physical verification - Tracking RGP & NRGP - Maintaining all Audit and Checklist requirements - Removing expired & damaged items - Submitting invoices of GRN done on the previous day - Acknowledging invoice copies by the finance team Additionally, at the end of every month, you will need to provide provisions of Manual Purchase orders for materials received without invoices or if only half of the order is received.
