Associate/Sr. Associate Outreach

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct outreach to prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to promote the organization’s services.

· Understand and analyze the needs of clients and offer appropriate solutions tailored to their educational and professional goals.

· Meet and exceed assigned sales targets by acquiring new clients and developing existing client relationships.

· Leverage various B2B and B2C channels to generate and nurture leads effectively.

· Represent the organization at events, institutions, and partner meetings as part of outreach initiatives.

· Maintain up-to-date records of all outreach activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.

· During off-school/colleges season, efficiently make 100–120 calls per day to maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

· Guide individual clients through the entire journey — from the first interaction to successful closure.

· Actively generate and nurture referral business to expand outreach opportunities.

Candidate Specifications:

· Educational Qualification: Graduate (preferably from an education, marketing, or business background).

· Experience: 1–3 years (prior sales, outreach, or ed-tech experience preferred, especially in study abroad).

· Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

· Proficiency in Google/MS Sheets and MS Excel.

· Willingness to work in a performance-driven, target-based environment.

· Must be open to regular travel as part of outreach efforts.

Location: Delhi/Chandigarh

Candidates should be open to traveling across India and internationally as per organizational requirements.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM 
• Saturday: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM 

Note: Employees will be required to work flexibly as per client needs. The same will be compensated through time-off.
