Associate, Specialist, Corporate & Strategy Planning

Your responsibilities will include assisting in the development and finalization of presentations for senior management, the DBS Group Board, regulators, and other stakeholders. This will involve showcasing India's performance against budgets and peer banks, among other content. You will prepare presentation content with a strategic mindset, analyzing financial results and key trends to provide a big-picture perspective. Additionally, you will be responsible for monthly/quarterly/semi-annual reporting in specified formats, managing the DBS India scorecard, business reviews, group-wide reviews, town halls, strategic projects, and reports required by the CEO's office. Your role will also involve supporting the execution of DBS India's strategy within business/support units and aiding the CEO's office with external and regional reporting and reviews. You will play a crucial part in delivering on DBS India's Strategy and Planning plan and deliverables, conducting financial analysis of companies" balance sheets and profit and loss statements from a strategic investment and partnership viewpoint, developing financial models for assessing companies/prospects before strategic investment, creating tools for tracking investments/valuation and monitoring governance, and building forecasting tools for evaluating business performance and focus areas. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, a good understanding of technology tools (especially those related to analytics, data, and modeling), attention to detail, a hunger for learning, and a strong sense of ownership.,
