About the Role

We are building XLEY, EarnKaro’s new creator-focused product, which will redefine how influencers and brands collaborate. As a Creator Operations Associate, you will play a key role in sourcing products for creators, managing barter operations, and driving smooth execution of campaigns. This is a high-energy role that blends operations, relationship management, and analytical skills.

You’ll work directly with creators, ensuring barter deals are executed flawlessly, while using tools like Excel/Google Sheets to track performance, maintain data accuracy, and provide insights. If you’re passionate about the creator economy and love getting things done, this role is for you!

Must-Have Skills

1. Knowledge of Creator Economy

• Understanding of influencer platforms, barter deals, and brand-creator collaborations.

• Awareness of how creators monetize via affiliate links, barter, or paid campaigns.

2. Operations & Execution Skills

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, track timelines, and ensure smooth execution.

• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.

3. Excel / Google Sheets Proficiency

• Comfort with formulas, pivot tables, and data cleaning.

• Ability to track creator lists, campaign performance, and barter inventory.

4. Continuous Learning & Upskilling (Mandatory across all JDs)

• Proactive in learning new tools and staying updated on creator economy trends.
