Key Responsibilities:

Reconciliation of Shipments: Check shipment status, POD remarks and verify documents and evidence shared by the clients and process the claims.
Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter claims data into the Open and CN/COF issued Google sheets and maintain detailed records of all reconciliations.
Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve clients Shipments Disputes between shipped and received goods.
Compliance and Audits: Ensure all claims settlements records comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. Assist in internal and external audits as needed.
Initiative: Proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelors degree in any stream required.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in shipment reconciliation, logistics, supply chain management, or a similar role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
