Role Description

This is a full-time Patent Associate role located on-site in South Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with Patent drafting, IPR prosecution, attending client meetings, and providing assistance in IP office and Court proceedings, whenever required.

Qualifications (Mandatory)

• Engineering/Science Degree (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Software, Physics)- from a reputed University
• PQE- 1 Year as a Patent Analyst, Patent Attorney or Patent Engineer at reputed organisation
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Experience with Patent drafting, IP registration and IP laws of India
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Excellent in written and verbal English

Additional Qualifications (optional)

• Patent Agent Exam qualified
• Bachelor of Laws/LL.B/Advocate/LLM
• Knowledge of international IP laws and regulations
• Experience in technology law
