Job Title: Associate Service Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Associate Service Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling client queries, providing service support, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.

  • Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

  • Handle service requests, complaints, and follow-ups.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

  • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

  • Provide product/service information to customers.

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good problem-solving abilities.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Customer-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in CRM tools.

  • Good analytical skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
