Job Description

Position: Associate / Senior Associate, Design Function/Team

Develop

and

maintain

Akanksha's

visual

identity
across all communication platforms, ensuring brand consistency and cohesion.
Conceptualize

and

create

visual

content
(digital, print, and motion graphics) for events, campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
Collaborate

with

internal

teams
to understand design needs and deliver creative solutions that align with organizational goals.
Design

collateral

for

external

stakeholder

engagement,
such as event invitations, presentations, reports, and promotional materials.
Ensure

brand

compliance
by developing and updating visual brand guidelines, templates, and toolkits for internal use.
Oversee

creative

production

and

vendor

coordination
for print and digital outputs, ensuring high- quality execution and timely delivery.
Contribute

to

content

strategy
by offering visual storytelling ideas that enhance the impact of written communication.
Stay

updated

on

design

trends

and

tools
to bring fresh, innovative approaches to the organization's communication efforts

What you need for this position:

Experience:

3-5 years experience in designing across platforms
Demonstrated success in building strong and sustainable relationships
Experience in the education/development sector preferred

Knowledge/Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Thorough knowledge of design best practices
Creativity and an ability to generate new ideas
Strong organizing and planning skills
Highly motivated, persevering, achievement-oriented attitude
Tenacity in seeking results and a high level of representational and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
