Associate/ Senior Associate Career Development (Post-Graduate Programmes)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for implementing processes and activities to facilitate internships, placements, and other career opportunities for students enrolled in various academic programmes at IIHS. Your role will involve ensuring that potential employers, institutions, and IIHS alumni are informed about the academic programmes and students at IIHS. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to promote the university and its students, stay updated on industry trends, and represent IIHS at relevant events. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure potential employers and institutions are aware of IIHS academic programmes and students as high-quality sources of talent - Implement learning and development initiatives to prepare students for internships and careers - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to promote the university and its students - Stay informed about academic and industry trends in career development - Represent IIHS at industry and academic events - Provide support to various IIHS initiatives and activities - Participate in all institution-building activities at IIHS and carry out assigned tasks - Coordinate with the Lead Career Development and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline - 3-5 years of experience in a related role - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides - Familiarity with data visualization/business intelligence tools like Tableau, Datawrapper, Google Charts, or Microsoft PowerBI is desirable - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to organize events and workshops by coordinating with stakeholders Additional Details: This position is based in Bengaluru with potential travel to other locations in India. The role may start as an 11-month contractual engagement, renewable on mutual consent, with the possibility of transitioning into a regular position over time.
