Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in valuation, preferably in the financial services industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct thorough valuations of companies and financial instruments.
Analyze market trends and provide insights to support business decisions.
Develop and maintain complex financial models using Excel and other tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of financial concepts, including accounting, economics, and finance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
Experience working with databases and data analysis tools is an asset.
A Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the financial services industry.
