Your key responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights for M&A transactions. Proficient in applying general consulting skills to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions. Experience in conducting market research and due diligence to inform strategic decision-making. Strong understanding of financial modeling techniques to evaluate potential acquisitions. Ability to synthesize findings and present technical information clearly to stakeholders in M&A contexts.

- Preliminary finance experience for 2 years in any audit or tax function
