Associate Sales Operations Analyst

Role Overview: You will be joining the Gaming team at Light & Wonder, where you'll play a crucial role in building cutting-edge technology and products for iconic casinos and operators worldwide. Your focus will be on Sales Operations & Process Support, Salesforce Administration & CRM Management, and Sales Enablement and Admin Support. Key Responsibilities: - Create and manage customer quotes while ensuring compliance with internal policies and customer agreements. - Provide first-line support and training to sales users on Salesforce functionality and best practices. - Assist in maintaining key sales documentation, license trackers, and templates. - Enter and maintain all relevant opportunities in Salesforce with accuracy and data hygiene. - Support sales in managing quote attachments, pricing approvals, and updating account information in Salesforce. - Assist in onboarding new sales reps with tools access and documentation. Qualification Required: - 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, or a similar role. - Proven experience with Salesforce CRM, including data entry, opportunity management, reporting, and process creation. - Familiarity with quoting processes, especially in software and services environments. - Strong Microsoft Office skills. - Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills. - Self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,
