About the Role
This role focuses on expanding the company’s footprint across domestic and international markets through strong B2B sales, trade partnerships, and strategic account management. The candidate will drive sales of agri-commodities as well as support FMCG distribution channels,
ensuring seamless customer experience, consistent product availability, and long-term business growth.
The role requires strong business acumen, deep understanding of agriculture value chains or FMCG distribution, and a high level of emotional intelligence to build lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship & Sales Execution
● Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with industrial buyers, processors,
exporters, and international clients.
● Communicate the company’s value propositions, offerings, and quality standards
effectively.
● Acquire new customers while driving annual growth from existing accounts.
● Understand customer procurement needs, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely
execution of orders.
● Provide clients with insights on sourcing quality, traceability, and crop lifecycle updates.
2. Account Management & CRM
● Maintain customer data, sales pipeline, and documentation through CRM.
● Track sales stages, follow-ups, order execution, and key account metrics.
3. Market Understanding
● Stay updated on commodity trends, pricing dynamics, global demand-supply scenarios,
and competitor activities.
● Deliver customer training on available tools, dashboards, or traceability systems.
4. Channel & Distribution Management
● Develop and implement sales & distribution strategies for retail, wholesale, and modern
trade in domestic and international market.
● Build and manage relationships with distributors, super-stockists, retailers, and channel
partners.
● Lead demand forecasting, secondary sales planning, and supply coordination to ensure
consistent product availability.
5. Market Expansion & Trade Marketing
● Drive trade promotions, visibility campaigns, in-store activations, and brand-building
initiatives.
● Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer behavior to guide growth strategy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
