Associate - Route Operations

As a Route Associate, your main responsibility will be to oversee the ground operations of Cityflo operations at a route level. You will be in charge of managing drivers and buses along their designated routes, ensuring that buses are operational and available in a timely manner. Your objectives in this role will include coordinating with drivers and operators to facilitate the daily and smooth operation of buses, guaranteeing the availability of buses for all trips on a route-wise basis, maintaining punctuality of all buses through monitoring and tracking drivers, as well as ensuring discipline among drivers during trips and providing route training when necessary. To excel in this position, you should possess a good understanding of locations within Mumbai. Additionally, basic knowledge of computer software such as MS Excel for data entry is required. While prior experience in operations is preferred, we also welcome applications from freshers who demonstrate the necessary skills and passion for the role.,
