Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate to join our Revenue Cycle Management team at Aster Global Centre - India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and revenue cycle management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in revenue cycle management.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall performance.
Conduct audits and reviews of financial transactions to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Provide training and support to junior staff members on revenue cycle management processes.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with revenue cycle management operations.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of healthcare industry practices and regulations.
Experience with revenue cycle management software and systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
