Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing customer compensation data.
  • Liaise with internal teams for making payments.
  • Prepare and submit customer compensation requests.
  • Ensure all dispute handling related to payments
  • Generate reports and respond to Customer relation mails.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience Finance.
  • Strong understanding of payment systems and card scheme regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel MS office tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
