Role & responsibilities

• Acquire new customers

  : Identify potential customers, contact them, and explain the benefits of the bank's products

• Open accounts

  : Complete account opening formalities and ensure compliance with KYC norms

• Cross-sell products

  : Generate leads for other banking products, such as mobile banking, net banking, and RD/FD

• Build relationships

  : Maintain long-term relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction

• Ensure compliance

  : Adhere to sales compliance and internal and external guidelines

• Monitor performance

  : Track the performance of acquisition managers and provide regular feedback

• Ensure quality customer acquisition

  : Ensure the quality of customer acquisition in terms of product and segment mix

• Generate referrals

  : Seek regular referrals from existing customers
