Associate regional head - Home Interiors

As the Regional Area Manager for Interior at Interior Company, a subsidiary of Square Yards, you will be responsible for overseeing interior design and furnishings operations in Pune. Key responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining high-quality standards in all interior design projects. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for regional clients, address their concerns, and enhance service delivery to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field, along with at least 7 years of overall experience, including 4 years in a managerial role within the interiors or related industry. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite are essential. Knowledge of design trends and best practices in the interiors industry is also required.
