Associate R&D Engineer

As an R&D Engineer, you will explore emerging technologies, develop proof-of-concepts, and collaborate across teams to design and prototype innovative software solutions
Youll contribute to system optimization, scalability, and reliability while staying up to date with advancements in AI/ML, cloud, and modern development practices Conduct research and proof-of-concept development on emerging technologies and frameworksCollaborate with the engineering and product teams to design innovative software solutionsContribute to R&D projects focused on performance optimization, scalability, and system reliabilityBuild and maintain prototypes, tools, and experimental platforms to validate ideasParticipate in brainstorming sessions and technical design reviewsEvaluate and recommend new tools, libraries, and practices that can enhance development efficiencyDevelop and maintain backend and frontend components using Node js, Python, and ReactWork closely with infrastructure and network teams to test and implement research outcomesDocument findings, experimental results, and technical recommendations clearlyAssist in troubleshooting and performance tuning at the system and application levelsLearn and apply best practices in secure and scalable software developmentMaintain a continuous learning attitude to explore advancements in AI/ML, cloud computing, and system design,requirment:Experience 0-1 Year(2024 and 2025 Pass out )Proficient in one or more of the following: Node js, Python, React, MongoDB, OpenSearchBasic knowledge of AI/ML libraries and their applicationsGood understanding of Linux and Windows operating systemsFamiliarity with networking fundamentals (e g , TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, load balancing)Strong logical and analytical thinkingExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to self-learn and stay updated with the latest industry trendsEnthusiasm for experimentation and continuous improvement,skill:AI/ML, Node js, Python, React, MongoDB, Linux OS, Networking,advantage:Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OpenStack, etc)Certifications like RHCE, AWS Certified, CCNA, Kubernetes, etcExposure to DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines)Understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure coding practicesExperience with Golang or other backend languages,
