Associate - Quality Control (Legal)

As an Associate - Quality Control at alliantgroup in Hyderabad, your primary responsibility will be to identify, analyze, and quantify research and development tax credit benefits for American businesses. You will review executed client contracts and documentation to determine eligibility for the R&D tax credit. Using your legal expertise, you will draft phased reports and legal memoranda that highlight each client's unique activities. Collaboration with other team members to develop custom reports for clients is essential. You will manage a diverse docket covering industries such as software, apparel, construction, engineering, and food and beverage. It is crucial to become a Subject Matter Expert on tax specialty issues and invest in personal growth and the growth of the firm. You will play a vital role in an ever-evolving organization that values new ideas, hard work, and limitless potential. We are seeking individuals with 0-2 years of professional experience and a law degree from an accredited law school in India, the U.S., or another common law jurisdiction. Strong analytical and organizational skills, along with the ability to analyze legal documents, are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as a high sense of urgency and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
