Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct SCM Internal Process Audits (Last mile, Middle mile, Order Processing, Inventory, Inbound) and report the gaps/non-conformance

2. Preparation and publish performance reports that include observations and recommendations

3. Work with the DC and Distribution teams to ensure internal and external audit compliance and timely actions on OFIs if any

4. Ensure Corrective action and preventive actions implementation across DCs and XDs against OFIs

5. Drive Continuous Improvement - Quantitative and qualitative to improve Supply Chain performance.

6. Identify Gaps in Standard Operating Procedures and actual practise in Ground Operations and provide inputs for SOP enhancement and process adherence.

7. Suggest process changes to eradicate the non-value added activities from various sub processes in supply chain.
