Associate Quality Analyst

At SuperGaming, you will be part of India's gaming revolution, contributing to games like Indus, MaskGun, Silly Royale, and SuperPlatform. As an Associate QA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the player experience is exceptional. You will oversee the quality process for your assigned game, striving to deliver stable, bug-free, and engaging releases. Collaboration with developers, designers, and product managers will be key as you proactively identify and address issues, maintaining high-quality standards for all updates. Your responsibilities will include owning end-to-end testing and quality control, working closely with cross-functional teams to establish testable goals, creating and updating test plans and cases, conducting playtests, documenting and reporting bugs effectively, managing bugs through tools like JIRA, and performing various testing types such as regression, sanity, and smoke testing. Regular communication with stakeholders, providing feedback on game UX and usability, and staying vigilant to detect potential issues will be essential aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should have at least 3 years of QA experience in the gaming industry, particularly in mobile games, and be proficient in bug tracking tools like JIRA. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git is preferred, along with the ability to write detailed bug reports. A proactive mindset, strong ownership of quality, effective communication skills, and a passion for games are crucial. Exposure to Unity, scripting, or automation tools would be advantageous.
