Job Description

Foster close collaboration and communication among diverse teams and studios.
Evaluate requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely and meaningful feedback.
Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and cases.
Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
Identify, record, thoroughly document, and track bugs.
Conduct comprehensive regression testing post bug resolution.
Formulate and implement testing processes for new and existing products based on requirements.
Collaborate with internal studio teams (Developers, Product Owners, Designers) to ascertain system requirements.
Extract test requirements from specifications.
Troubleshoot quality issues and adjust test procedures accordingly.
Respond to requests from internal teams and QA Leads.
Document test procedures to ensure repeatability and compliance with standards.
Record software defects, monitor progress in a timely manner, and escalate aging and priority defects.
