Our product offers insights on E-commerce companies and is growing rapidly. We are seeking a Data QA Associate to join our team in India to manage a large portion of the data cleaning and quality assurance processes for this product. As a Data QA Associate, you will be responsible for transforming the receipt data into accurate business expense insights. You will work with a top notch engineering team and data team from the U.S team and China team. Youll complete your work primarily using data in our proprietary software. This position offers the opportunity to meaningfully contribute to the growth of our company. As our Data QA associate, you will Perform accurate and efficient data extraction, labeling, and cleaning from English emails to ensure high-quality data. Monitor and analyze data trends for various merchants and vendors, including categorizing the email and identifying the trends. Maintain the stability of merchant and vendor data, investigating anomalies such as sudden drops or spikes in data volume. Collaborate with teams in both China and the U.S. to ensure data consistency and quality. Provide timely responses to analysts and clients demands, ensure compliance with company data security and confidentiality policies. You Are Likely To Succeed If you have Bachelors degree or above. Majors in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field are preferred; 0 - 2 years of experience as a data or quality assurance analyst; Experience in data tagging, cleaning or Regex Experience in managing multiple processes in parallel Basic data analysis skills and familiarity with Excel, SQL, or Python are a plus. Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Ability to work independently while coordinating with a remote team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with vendors and internal teams across time zones and cultures

The Print Quality Assurance Associate will quickly analyze print book file quality and make decisions based on specifications and instructions. The Print QA associate is responsible for final file quality and should be able to accurately determine whether something passes or fails according to specifications, have strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to updated instructions. The candidate should be professional, work autonomously, navigate effectively through a decision-driven workflow, and be able to track data through Excel. Maturity and ability to review explicit adult content from a clinical perspective. This includes nudity, strong language, etc., Primary Objectives - Perform quick, visual reviews of print book files based on specifications and training - Perform repetitive tasks that will require the individual to make judgment-based decisions based on guidelines provided in the standard operating procedures (SOPs) - Compare each task against specifications outlined in SOPs - Within general workflow guidelines, work autonomously to meet targets and timelines - Perform tasks using fair judgment in understanding instructions provided by the Subject Matter Experts, managers, or SOPs - Effectively communicate questions to Quality Assurance Specialists and Quality Assurance Leads - Record data based on daily work using Excel - Bachelors degree - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level
