About the job Our team at Sanofi Business Operations (SBO) is dedicated to centralizing processes and activities to support various functions within Sanofi such as Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. SBO aims to be a strategic and functional partner for delivering support to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations globally. As a part of the team, your main responsibilities will include providing project management support to scientific writers for effective project delivery of designated publications and medical education deliverables across all phases. This involves initiating and amending submissions, handling internal and external stakeholder communication, tracking activities and managing issues and risks, ensuring compliance with publication processes and management tools, managing publication budgets, and tracking external spend. You will collaborate with scientific communication teams, medical content enhancement teams, and various stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery. Additionally, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, coordinating with project specialists and managers, leveraging new technologies, ensuring timely and quality delivery of materials, developing tools for quality improvement, supporting project delivery in terms of resourcing and technical standards, contributing to quality enhancement, and adhering to compliance procedures will be key aspects of your role. About you To excel in this role, you should have 2-4 years of post-qualification experience, strong soft skills including stakeholder management and communication, the ability to work independently and within a team, technical skills in project management, scientific/medical writing/communications, and pharma experience. A university degree at the graduate level, preferably in science, along with relevant advanced or postgraduate degrees in life sciences/pharmacy or similar disciplines are desirable.
