Associate Project Manager - CME/ CPD

1. MUMBAI BASED CANDIDATES ONLY.

2. Education - B.Pharm/M.Pharm, BSc/ MSc in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Applied Medical Sciences etc.

3. MBA is added advantage but not necessary.

4. Experience - 6 months- 3 years

5. CTC offer - max 5 LPA

6. Industry preferred - CME/CPD & Pharma

Very Imp Skills :

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Basic understanding Pharma and CME ecosystem in India.

Open to travel as per requirement of the project.

Preferred to have experience in interacting/working with HCPs/KOLs

Experience/an understanding of how to conduct webinars and a basic know-how of learning management systems would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning, Execution & Closure:

Understanding Project Requirement:

Process Adherence:

International Collaboration Custodian:

-Understand the offerings of the international society assigned to you.

-Ideate to utilize society offerings in collaboration with the medical team, based on the needs of the Indian CME ecosystem.

-Support the business development team in pitching offerings from that society.

-Facilitate branding and executional approvals with society on ongoing projects.

-Review concept notes and proposals/agreement drafts of offerings pertaining to that society.

Supervision of project execution:

-Supervise Asst. Project Executives in execution of projects.

-Buddy newly joined colleagues in project execution.
