Associate Program Manager - Delivery & Logistics

Role Overview: As an Associate Program Manager in Delivery & Logistics at Vedantu, your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end logistics for Vedantu Store. You will leverage your hands-on experience in D2C operations, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of supply chain and delivery operations to ensure the timely, accurate, and cost-efficient delivery of products to students across India. Key Responsibilities: - Own and manage end-to-end logistics operations for Vedantu Store. - Partner with courier partners, fulfillment centers, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery operations. - Monitor and improve delivery performance metrics such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, and cost per shipment. - Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. - Forecast demand and capacity to ensure adequate logistics planning. - Lead projects focused on scaling delivery operations and enhancing customer experience. - Maintain clear documentation and dashboards for operational reporting and performance tracking. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Customer Support, Product, and Finance. Qualification Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics/operations in a D2C company. - Strong understanding of end-to-end delivery and fulfillment operations. - Experience managing third-party logistics partners and courier networks. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and operational reporting. - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Knowledge of logistics tech tools, ERP systems, or WMS is a plus.,
