Associate Product Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Reporting: This is a heavily data-driven role. You'll be responsible for running queries, analyzing data, and using insights to drive key decisions and create reports for various stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with diverse global teams, including engineering, client services, onboarding, and senior leadership, to manage cross-product initiatives.
• Tool Administration: You will be the administrator for key product tools, including Jira Product Discovery, and will also utilize other platforms such as Google Suite and Looker.
• Communication & Influence: You must be comfortable conducting presentations and communicating complex ideas to a wide audience, including senior stakeholders. Your ability to build relationships and influence without direct authority is crucial to success in this role.

Requirements And Skills

We're seeking a proactive and analytical individual with a passion for process improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in a related subject.
• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Technical Skills: Experience with Google Sheets/Excel, including the ability to run queries and macros. Knowledge of SQL and/or Looker is a significant advantage.
• Core Competencies: A solid understanding of technology and product management principles, coupled with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Bonus Points: Commercial awareness and prior experience within the financial services industry would be a great asset.
