Associate Product Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities Define and manage product strategy for a low to medium complexity products Accountable for understanding and defining key business outcomes and requirements for your product(s) Responsible for bringing the data and insights to the table for product teams and partners to understand and consume (in collaboration with design/experience experts) Collaborating with technology and non-technology partners. In partnership with other members of a team, works to remove impediments that the team may face in the pursuit of value creation Ensures the product team has the customer, user, and stakeholder context required to solve problems effectively and efficiently Collaborate with marketing, business, compliance and project management to accurately represent the product. Drive growth through campaign initiatives, and suggest improvements to provide greater participant/customer lifetime value Communicates product releases to stakeholders & partners Finds opportunities to improve the product management practice within their sphere of responsibility; and takes action to continuously improve Operating at the intersection of financial services and technology, Principal builds financial tools that help our customers live better lives.
