Junior Product Manager,

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Product Management

• Assist in gathering and analyzing user, market, and competitor insights
• Contribute to defining product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and release plans
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA to ensure alignment on requirements
• Document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Support product discovery efforts such as customer interviews and prototyping

Outbound Product Management

• Assist in crafting go-to-market strategies and launch plans
• Support sales enablement through documentation, demos, and training materials
• Work with marketing to articulate product value propositions and messaging
• Analyze user engagement data and customer feedback to drive product improvements

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Participate in agile ceremonies (scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Coordinate across delivery, design, QA, and client teams to ensure timely execution
• Shadow senior product managers and contribute to client-facing discussions Required

Qualifications

• MBA (recent graduate) from a recognized institution, with a focus on Marketing, Strategy, Technology Management, or Operations
• Strong interest in product management, technology, and B2B SaaS
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, client-facing services environment
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, mentorship-driven setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship experience in product management, consulting, or tech startups
• Familiarity with product tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Exposure to software development lifecycle or enterprise IT systems
