Job Description

Role & responsibilities:-

-Conduct market and user research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitors. Assist in analyzing customer feedback and using it to inform product decisions.

-Help create product roadmaps, define product features, and prioritize the product backlog under the guidance of

senior team members.

-Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure seamless product

development and launch processes.

-Draft product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Maintain clear and updated product

documentation.

-Assist in testing new features and functionality, gather user feedback, and ensure product quality standards are

met.

-Analyze product performance, track key metrics, and use data to support product decisions and recommend

improvements.

-Assist with the go-to-market strategy, coordinate product launches, and ensure that all teams are aligned

with the products timeline.

-Support customer feedback loops, including surveys, interviews, and testing, to understand user needs and

improve the product.
