Associate Product Engineer

You will be in a dual customer/product focused position, serving as a technical liaison between OEMs and representing our customers during new product development programs. Your role will involve integrating and validating products in a variety of Industrial/construction applications. Additionally, you will be responsible for technical reporting and documentation. Your interactions will extend to departmental management, customers, engineers, and other teams for project execution. You will be expected to solve product problems using a systematic process that protects the customer, identifying assignable causes, implementing robust, data-based solutions, and addressing systemic root causes to prevent problem reoccurrence. Your duties will also include configuring (tuning) and completing comprehensive validation testing of fully integrated hardware and software systems, providing technical expertise and support on technical queries, testing electronic systems test equipment and/or vehicles, interpreting results, and writing technical reports. Furthermore, you will interact with customers, suppliers, engineers, and other functions, develop and deliver technical presentations, maintain quality procedures and work instructions, and participate in self and team audits along with associated corrective actions. You should possess a Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, along with 2-5 years of experience or be an entry-level/early career professional. Proficiency in MS Office tools is a must. Relevant work experience or specialized skills in Electronics Engineering & machine integration are required, along with experience in electronics laboratory work activities, equipment, and instruments. Knowledge and experience in electronics automotive/industrial software & calibrations, data analysis, and acquisition are essential. You should be familiar with both engine products and customer vehicles/machines, demonstrate adaptability and responsiveness to changing work needs, seek growth opportunities, and be willing to undertake new tasks. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage in multi-mode communication are essential for this role.
