Associate Product Architect

Role Overview: At Improzo, we are looking for an Associate, Product Architect who will be responsible for anchoring the architecture and design of the next-generation Analytics Platform with a suite of AI-Apps. You will play a pivotal role in blending your product architectural skills with a passion for building innovative and scalable products in data analytics/AI/ML spaces. As an Associate, Product Architect, you will coach and mentor a talented team of engineers to design and build a Life Sciences platform that empowers users to solve key problems across the Life sciences value chain, leveraging AI Apps and actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and Design a modern AI-first Analytical Apps platform for the Life Sciences Industry. - Own Platform Architecture, Design, Development Best Practices, CI/CD/DevOps, Data Engineering, and ML Development & Ops. - Coach and engage a team of software engineers specializing in Python (Django), data engineering, and AI/ML. - Collaborate with product managers, engineering managers, and business stakeholders to define the architecture roadmap for the Analytics Platform. - Drive the integration of Agentic & Generative AI/ML capabilities into the Analytics Platform to enhance its functionality and provide advanced insights for advanced use cases. - Foster a collaborative, innovative, Agile, and high-performing engineering culture. - Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and career development support to team members. - Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and technical excellence within the team. - Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new engineering talent. - Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in analytics and artificial intelligence. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or related disciplines. - 8+ years of product architecture and solution design experience in building and scaling analytics platforms. - Expert proficiency in Solution and Product Architecture leveraging Python and big-data ecosystem. - Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling. - Experience with cloud-based data platforms and services. - Experience integrating AI/ML models into applications and building agents. - Hands-on experience with popular CI/CD tools, containerization, monitoring and logging tools, and Infrastructure as Code tools. - Strong understanding of data warehousing, data mining, and data visualization tools. - Knowledge of pharmaceutical or biotech industry regulations and compliance requirements. - Strong understanding of the life sciences and bio-pharma industry. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. - Attention to details, biased for quality and client centricity. - Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. - Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills.
